I agree! Of course, we've got to make it work out :-).

I have been focusing on getting the BadgeApp web application up-and-running, so that some people can try out the whole process and give us some early feedback. No doubt we'll get all kinds of ideas, and we can then improve things from there. I've intentionally made few changes to the criteria so that the BadgeApp has a fixed point to shoot for, but I don't expect that to last too much longer :-).
